A. O&S Construction is locally owned and operated from our base in Houston. We also have offices in Dallas.

A. We service Houston and its surrounding areas as well as the Dallas metropolitan area on a commercial basis.
Q. What types of roofing do you install?
A. We install all types of roofing available, including shingle, tile, slate, metal, PVC, TPO, EPDM, modified, and coatings.
Q. Will my new roof require any maintenance?
A. Maintenance is case specific, depending on the type of roof you choose. Usually, though, residential shingle roofs require little or no maintenance.
Q. How long will it take to install my new roof?
A. It all depends on the size and pitch of the roof surface. The Specifications dictate the time and detail
Q. What does an inspection cost?
A. Inspections facilitated by O&S are cost free and commitment free.
Q. Do I need to be home when the adjuster arrives to inspect my house?
A. Yes! You should be home so that the adjuster can determine whether there is any interior damage in addition to any exterior damage.

A. Yes! O&S Roofing & Restoration has achieved the recognition of being one of the few CertainTeed Select Shingle Master Applicators in the United States. This award is given to only 3% of contractors nationwide because of the high standards involved. To qualify for this award, both our sales force and crew were required to pass trade evaluations that indicated high workforce standards and high-quality results.
Q. Are your crews insured?
A. All O&S employees are insured, and all sub-contractors sign agreements requiring them to function as per our insurance requirements.
Q. Do you offer financing?
A. Financing is available with approved credit.
Q. Can I pay cash?
A. Yes! We try to make things easy for you.
Q. Do I have to pay my insurance deductible in full?
A. According to Texas state law, a homeowner is required to pay his/her deductible in full. It’s important to find a roofing contractor who has good references and can provide you with the best and most honest services.Be careful!
There are many unscrupulous companies that will under-charge you, but then over-charge the insurance company. This is fraud! Be careful not to get involved in such a scheme because you, as the client who goes along with this scheme, will have committed fraud as well as the roofing company and can be prosecuted.Be sure you find a reputable roofing contractor.
